Overview

Walmart Marketplace requires you to include all fees in your listed prices. This ensures customer trust and provides a consistent experience. This guide details the policy for duties and taxes.

What is the policy?

Your listed price must be the final price the customer pays at checkout. Don't attempt to collect additional fees after a purchase.

Your offer price must cover all the following charges:

  • Inland transport in the origin country

  • Transportation

  • International freight

  • Export and import clearance

  • Customs fees

  • Duties and taxes

Do not contact customers after purchase to collect any fees. Ensure your carrier or service provider does not charge customers extra fees. Violating this policy may result in account suspension or termination. Make certain your carrier or service provider selects the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping term. DDP means the seller covers all costs and risks until the goods reach the customer.
