We validate dimensional measurements when we first receive an item. We then package items in the smallest box or mailer that will ensure they arrive to customers without damage.

You’ll need to monitor your orders in Seller Center. Log in and go to the Orders page. Use the Fulfilled by filter to find WFS orders

There’s no need for you to acknowledge or update orders fulfilled by WFS. We’ll take care of this for you.

We ship most WFS items to customers within a two-day shipping window. Heavy items over 30 lb. may take longer than two days as they require ground shipping.

If the order was placed by 3:00 pm EST, we’ll fulfill it on the same date. Orders are shipped to customers located anywhere within the contiguous U.S. using two-day expedited shipping.

Our customer service team will help the customer find the appropriate details on the product page.

The Walmart Customer Care team will handle customer inquiries for WFS items sold on Walmart. There's no extra charge for this service beyond the fees that are charged for returns. Walmart Customer Care associates will help with all order-related questions, such as order delivery status and return issues.

Walmart handles WFS customer interactions and experience for a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Returns/refunds/replacements
