Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
Walmart Seller app
To use Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), you’re required to add a billing method in Seller Center. This allows you to automatically pay any outstanding WFS charges — including fulfillment fees, storage fees and customer refunds — at the end of your Marketplace settlement cycle. You can use a business credit card or a US bank account through ACH. In this guide, you’ll learn how to add or update your billing method in Seller Center.
How does it work?
You must have Admin or Read and Write access to manage billing. If you don’t have access, reach out to your account administrator for help.
We need your billing information to automate payments for value-added services, customer refunds and chargebacks. We’ll only charge you if your sales revenue doesn’t cover the fees. We do not charge any processing fees. Check your charges at the end of each settlement cycle on the Payments page, or download the Settlement Report for more detail.
For credit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) and Union Pay. The credit card should be a business credit card that is not used for personal, family or household purposes. We accept bank accounts from all US banks running on the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network, such as Citibank and Bank of America.
Add billing
Setting up automated payments is a one-time process. Here’s how:
- Log into Seller Center and navigate to the Billing Services page.
- Select Add billing method, then choose a credit card or ACH bank account.
- Enter the required information for the method and submit.
Verify bank account
If you choose to connect a bank account, we’ll use microdeposits to safely verify it. You’ll receive two deposits of $0.01–$0.99. When the deposits reach your account, confirm the amounts by selecting Verify account.
Account verification usually takes 2–3 business days. After verification is complete, you can set the account as your default billing method. The microdeposits will be withdrawn from your account typically within 3 business days.
Update billing
If you need to make changes, select the pencil icon next to the billing method. You must always have at least one billing method on file. If you only have a single billing method, you won’t be able to delete it until you add an alternative billing method first.
