WFS settings: billing information
Last updated on Mar 6, 2025

Overview

The billing platform on Seller Center allows you to automatically pay any outstanding WFS fees — including fulfillment and storage fees and customer refunds — at the end of your weekly/biweekly Marketplace settlement cycle using the billing method of your choice.

Get started

Only administrators can set up billing information in Seller Center. Starting automated payments is a quick, one-time process:

  1. Log into Seller Center.
  2. Select Settings > Billing Services.
  3. Select Add Billing Method to add a bank account or credit card.

We accept bank accounts from all US banks running on the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network, such as Citibank and Bank of America. For credit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) and Union Pay. The credit card should be a business credit card that is not used for personal, family or household purposes.

Verify your bank account

If you choose to connect a bank account, we’ll use microdeposits to safely verify it. You’ll receive two deposits of $0.01–$0.99 from Paypal, PaypalMTCU, or PaypalBTCU. When the deposits reach your account, confirm the amounts by selecting Verify My Account.

Account verification usually takes 2–3 business days. After verification is complete, you can set the account as your default billing method. The microdeposits will be withdrawn from your account typically within 3 business days.

How it works

At the end of each settlement cycle, if your Payoneer account ends in a negative balance with outstanding payables, we'll charge you the outstanding balance using your billing method. You will not be charged any payment processing fees.
