Last updated on Dec 4, 2024
Reading time: 2 min
Overview

If you’ve chosen to fulfill your Marketplace orders through our third-party fulfillment providers Deliverr (also known as Flexport) and Shipbob, you’ll need to add the fulfillment center details to your Seller Center account. Keep reading to learn how.

Add a partner fulfillment center

Step 1 – Get started

Once you’ve signed up for Deliverr or Shipbob, you can add the fulfillment center details in Seller Center. Log in to Seller Center, select the gear icon in the Seller Center menu bar and navigate to Shipping Profile. Select Seller Fulfillment.

Step 2 – Add the fulfillment center

Select the Add Fulfillment Center button and navigate to the Select Fulfillment Option dropdown menu. Select Fulfillment Partner, choose your provider and select the Add button. The provider will now fulfill the SKUs that you’ve mapped to this fulfillment center. If you have any questions, reach out to them directly.

Notes

You’re automatically eligible for expedited shipping when you fulfill items through Deliverr. To use Standard or Value shipping for Deliverr-fulfilled items, contact Deliverr and ask them to upload a Shipping Overrides file.
