Walmart Marketplace Retailer Agreement
The Comprehensive Walmart Marketplace Retailer Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all sellers who take part in the WFS program. The Agreement contains the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Walmart Marketplace Program; Walmart Fulfillment Services Terms and Conditions; and Walmart Ad Center Terms and Conditions.
The Agreement has been updated effective August 12, 2024. Your continued use of Walmart Fulfillment Services after July 25, 2022 constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. We'll notify sellers of any changes to the Agreement or to WFS fees.

WFS Inbound Logistics Services/Preferred Carrier Program
WFS offers access to preferred carrier rates for shipments from locations within the 48 contiguous United States to a WFS fulfillment center with inbound logistics services capability. The Walmart Preferred Carrier Program provides inbound service for small parcel, less-than truckload (LTL) and full truckload (FTL).
