Smart Tags are automatically generated fast-delivery tags that can help with increased Buy Box prominence, better product visibility, and a boost in customer conversion.   Â
The Smart Tags system uses machine learning to analyze various factors like geography, region-to-region shipping and availability alongside your delivery performance and metrics. Then it uses that information to automatically add and remove fast delivery tags (like 2-day and 3-day shipping) to and from your listings. In this guide, learn how to request access to the Smart Tags program through Seller Center.
Request access to Smart Tags
Step 1 — Get started
Navigate to Account Settings in Seller Center and choose Seller Fulfillment under the Shipping Profile page.
Step 2 — Request access
On the Shipping Info page, navigate to the Smart Tags Program. Approvals are subject to performance metrics review.

Step 3 — Review the terms & conditions
Read the Smart Tags Program Terms & Conditions. If you agree, select the checkbox next to Terms & Conditions and choose Submit.

Step 4 — View Smart Tags
If granted access, you can view your Smart Tags on the Orders dashboard in Seller Center by checking if the Ship by date is underlined and hovering over it to browse the Smart tag ship by date.  Â

Smart Tags will be applicable across orders that deliver in two to five business days. If an order is Smart Tagged, it indicates that you historically deliver to that region with fast delivery and high-performance metrics.Â
