Overview

As a Marketplace seller, there are a few ways you can fulfill your orders: you can fulfill the orders yourself, leverage Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) or get support from two of our third-party Solution Providers, Deliverr (also known as Flexport) and Shipbob. Keep reading to learn more about each fulfillment method.

How does it work?

Seller-Fulfillment

If you prefer to use your own fulfillment center to manage and ship your products, opt for seller-managed fulfillment. A seller-managed fulfillment center is a facility where you’ll manage and store your inventory. You’ll also be responsible for shipping your items on time from your facility. To set up a seller-managed fulfillment center, visit Add a seller-managed fulfillment center in Seller Center.

Walmart Fulfillment

Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) offers end-to-end fulfillment services for Walmart Marketplace sellers. We’ll store your inventory at a Walmart fulfillment center and when a customer places an order on Walmart.com, we’ll pick, pack and ship the item to the customer on your behalf. WFS also handles all customer support and returns for these orders.

Participating items are displayed with 2-Day Shipping and Fulfilled by Walmart tags for increased product visibility on Walmart.com, which may help improve conversion. If you’ve been approved to sell on Walmart Marketplace, you already have access to WFS. As soon as you add your WFS details in Seller Center, you can get started.

Third-party solution provider

Deliverr (Flexport): Deliverr, also known as Flexport, is responsible for storing and shipping items for you and participating SKUs will automatically be eligible for Walmart TwoDay Delivery. Reach out to Deliverr directly to get started. Once you’ve created an account with Deliverr, you can set up the third-party managed fulfillment center in Seller Center.

ShipBob: ShipBob is a global logistics platform that fulfills your orders and assists with shipping items while ensuring eligible items are integrated for Walmart TwoDay Delivery. For more information, reach out to Shipbob directly to get started.  Once you’ve created an account with Shipbob, you can set up the third-party managed fulfillment center in Seller Center.

Notes

Deliverr and Shipbob can’t be used interchangeably. If you have used Shipbob or Deliverr in the past as a Fulfillment Partner, you can't use the other.
