Overview

You must configure your operating schedule for each of your active fulfillment centers in Seller Center to define the timeframe in which you will stop receiving orders on a given day. In this guide, you’ll learn about order processing requirements, as well as the order cutoff time and Additional Days Off.

Notes

Weekends are auto-selected and do not appear in Office Closure Dates.

How does it work?

You’re required to support shipments until 11:00 am in your local time zone, at least five days per week. Your preferred days must be selected in for each of your active fulfillment centers.

If you haven’t set up your schedule, your fulfillment centers will have a default order cutoff time of 2:00 pm in your local time zone and you’ll automatically be enrolled to support all business days, Monday through Friday. If you need to stop processing orders on days your office is closed, this would be updated within your Additional Days Off calendar in Seller Center.

To modify your operating schedule, visit the Seller Fulfillment dashboard in Seller Center.

Additional guidelines

Order cutoff time is when you'll stop receiving orders each day. If you have multiple Fulfillment Centers in different time zones, select the time that will provide the best order cutoff time across all your facilities. For more information, visit  Add a seller-managed fulfillment center in Seller Center.

Additional Days Off are when operations are closed, including holidays. You'll continue to receive orders during this time, but the fulfillment dates are set after your return. You should fulfill these orders as soon as possible. You're limited to 15 days off per fulfillment center per calendar year.

To set Additional Days Off, select the days on the calendar located at the bottom of the Seller Fulfillment screen. For more information, refer to the Shipping & fulfillment policy.
