Overview

Walmart monitors the activities of Marketplace and Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) sellers. We may suppress, pause, suspend or terminate your Seller Center account if you don't comply with Walmart’s Seller Retailer Policies and terms of service. In this guide, you’ll learn more about the policy and how to comply with it.

What is the policy?

If you violate any of the Seller Retailer Policies, your account may result in suppression, pause, suspension or termination. Here are the effects of each account status:

Status

Definition

Suppression

Your seller-fulfilled listings will be non-transactable, and items may appear out of stock on Walmart.com. Any Walmart-fulfilled listings will remain on Walmart.com.

Pause

Both your seller-fulfilled and Walmart-fulfilled listings will be non-transactable, and items may appear out of stock on Walmart.com.

Suspension

Both your seller-fulfilled and Walmart-fulfilled listings will be non-transactable and non-discoverable on Walmart.com. You’ll experience restrictions on Seller Center access, and your payments will be put on hold.

Termination

All your listings will be removed, and your selling privileges and access to Seller Center will be permanently revoked. Your payments will also be put on hold.
