Walmart monitors the activities of Marketplace and Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) sellers. We may suppress, suspend or terminate your Seller Center account if you don't comply with Walmart’s Seller Retailer Policies and terms of service. What is the policy?
If you violate any of the Seller Retailer Policies your account may result in suppression, suspension or termination. Here are the effects of each account status:
- Suppression: Your seller-fulfilled listings are removed. Any Walmart-fulfilled listings will remain on Walmart.com.
- Suspension: Both your seller-fulfilled and Walmart-fulfilled listings are removed from Walmart.com.
- Termination: Your selling privileges and all access to Seller Center are permanently revoked.
Additional guidelines
If you violate any of the Seller Retailer Policies, we’ll notify you through Seller Center and by email, along with recommendations to help you address the issue. Below are the types of communications you may receive.
You cannot unsubscribe from these communications. They’re crucial for keeping you informed about actions that may affect your account status, including potential suspensions.

Suppression | Notifies you if your seller-fulfilled listings are removed due to persistent issues. |
Suspension | Notifies you if your seller-fulfilled and Walmart-fulfilled listings are removed due to persistent issues. |
Termination | Notifies you if your selling privileges and any access to Seller Center are permanently revoked due to violations and noncompliance. |
