Products subject to our policy on Police and Law Enforcement Products must also adhere to other prohibited products policies including Firearms, Firearm Accessories, and Knives or Walmart will automatically unpublish your item. 

What is the policy?

Products designed and intended for use by law enforcement agencies and their employees are prohibited from sale on Walmart Marketplace.

Policy basics

Prohibited	Allowed
Law enforcement badges or identification of any kind, whether real or reproductions; including but not limited to: Concealed weapons permit. Government agency or department. TSA. Private security company. Private investigator. Special event. Movie prop badges. Badges encased in Lucite. Handcuffs and accessories: Handcuffs. Flex cuffs or zip-tie handcuffs. Disposable restraint cuffs. Handcuff keys. Handcuff pouch and accessories. Tactical products intended for Law Enforcement: Military/tactical helmets. Military/tactical gloves for combat. Tactical knee pads for combat Tactical slings. Police duty belt, pouches & holsters Load-bearing vests. Chest/thigh rigs designed for police/military. Load-bearing suspenders. Magazine pouch that markets use for assault rifle, concealment, police or military gear. Grenade pouches that market use for assault rifle/concealment/police or military. Buttstock magazine pouch. Aluminum/metal riot shield. Tactical apparel: Shirts. Pants. Vests. Knee pads. Helmets. Bullet proof vests or backpacks, etc. Military or law enforcement shield. Tactical vests for animals.	Badges: Badge accessories. Belt clip holder. Parody badges that are obviously fake. Toy badge that is obviously fake. Handcuffs: Toy handcuffs. Plastic handcuffs (not zip tie cuffs).
