Products subject to our policy on Plants and Seeds must also adhere to other Prohibited Products Policies or Walmart will automatically unpublish your item. 

What is the policy?

Plants, plant products, seeds, or similar products must comply with local state and federal laws. Items subject to federal, state, or local government quarantine or other laws may be prohibited from sale, or geographically restricted in some locations.

Policy basics

Prohibited	Allowed with restriction	Allowed
Any plants or seeds imported into the United States Any dangerous seeds or plants Any seeds used to grow illegal drugs	Any item prohibited or quarantined by the USDA, the Lacey Act, or applicable state or local government laws, such as various citrus plants are restricted from sale in those jurisdictions	Plants, seeds, and other plant products that are not restricted for sale in any state or local jurisdiction and otherwise compliant with all federal state, and local law such as: Domestic vegetables, many fruits, and flower plants and seeds Christmas trees
