Overview

Products subject to the Home Goods policy must also adhere to other Prohibited Products Policies including our prohibited products policies, as applicable, on Baby Products and Recalled Products.

What is the policy?

Walmart prohibits from sale on its marketplace any products, including home products, that are considered unsafe by a regulatory body such as the Federal Trade Commissions (FTC), Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC), and/or otherwise don’t comply with local, state, or federal regulation. In addition, items making improper or unsubstantiated product claims are also prohibited.
