Child costumes with realistic-looking firearms and accessories 

Any toy gun, gel or water bead blaster or water gun that includes actual weapon terminology or branding in the product title or description (e.g., AR, AK, Glock, weapon, sniper, gun, bullet, etc.) 

Any toy gun, gel or water bead blaster, or water gun that insinuates in the product title or description harmful or painful repercussions from getting hit by a pellet, gel bead or water beads 

Any toy gun, gel or water bead blaster, or water gun that includes a laser 

Toy grenades that include water beads 

Any toy gun, gel or water bead blaster or water gun that depicts violent or irresponsible behavior in the product listing video or images

Contain required orange tip or color bands; and 

Are entirely transparent or translucent, or are predominantly white or other bright color or combination of bright colors (e.g., bright red, bright orange, bright yellow, etc.) 

Space blasters or other futuristic toy items that are clearly not real firearms 

Toy gun, gel or water bead blaster or water gun accessories that do not represent gun parts:

• Water Bead refills
• Goggles
• Targets
