Overview

Products subject to our policy on Firearms must also adhere to other Prohibited Products Policies including our policy on Firearm Accessories, Firearm Ammunition and Game Guns or Walmart will automatically unpublish your item.  

What is the policy? 

Firearms and their component parts are prohibited from sale on Walmart Marketplace. For purposes of this policy, the term "Firearms" include any weapon (including a starter gun) which is designed to or may readily be converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive, the frame or receiver of any such weapon. "Firearm Component Parts" include any element or replacement element specifically designed for a firearm and essential to its operation, including a barrel, frame or receiver, slide or cylinder, bolt or breech block, and any device designed or adapted to diminish the sound caused by firing a firearm such as silencers/suppressors.

  • Frames 

  • Receivers

  • Safety assemblies 

  • Firing pins 

  • Buffer tubes 

  • End plates 

  • Takedown/Pivot springs and pins 

  • Magazine releases 

  • Gas blocks 

  • Pistol slides 

  • Slide releases 

  • Pistol grips 

  • Barrels 

  • Stocks 

  • Chassis 

  • Pistol braces 

Silencers/Suppressors and accessories such as: 

  • Tubes 

  • Baffles 

  • Wipes 

  • Endcaps 

  • Mounting attachments 

  • Firearm cleaning kits 

  • Non-realistic looking toy guns 

  • Pistol grips for non-firearm items i.e. air compressors, paint guns, hose nozzles, golf clubs, pliers, etc. 

  • Nuts, bolts, springs, tubes for non-firearm items
