Products subject to our policy on Autographs and Collectibles must also adhere to other Prohibited Products Policies including our policy on Intellectual Property or Walmart will automatically unpublish your item.  

What is the policy? 

Items that are generally sold with a Certificate of Authenticity, including autographs and other memorabilia, are prohibited from sale on Walmart’s Marketplace.  To ensure memorabilia items are authentic, Walmart requires a seller to be pre-approved prior to selling these items on its Marketplace.

  • Unverified autographs and other memorabilia  
  • Sellers wishing to sell memorabilia and autographs requiring a certificate of authenticity must be pre-approved by Walmart 
  • Autographs that are not intended or claimed to be authentic, including reproductions.
