Products or kits that remove, alter, or interfere with the malfunction indicator light  Gas cans that do not contain flame mitigation devices or that do not comply with all laws and regulations including the EPA, and the Portable Fuel Container Safety Act  Products intended to bypass or interfere with law enforcement or other legal requirements such as:  Products designed to alter odometers  Products designed to affect or interfere with traffic signals  Products intended to conceal or obscure a license plate Â
Driver's licenses and other government-issued identification documents  Products that do not meet U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) or the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) requirements  Any products, aftermarket parts, or add-on parts that do not comply with federal, state, or local laws, guidelines, or restrictions such as:  Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) plates  Seat belt buckle insert alarm stopper  Used tires  Tire puncturing devices  Â
| - Any marketplace seller who sells and delivers gas/electric powered ride on vehicles, such as minibikes, e-bikes, ATVs, UTVs, , go carts, golf carts, must comply with state-specific laws Â
| - Vehicle accessories such as wiper blades, seat covers, dashboard covers, and floor matsÂ
Electric and battery powered ride-ons such as scooters and bikes. Batteries must be shipped in compliance with US shipping laws and regulation and in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations Automotive batteries - batteries must be shipped in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and in compliance with the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, UPS, and other shipping entity guidelines Tire listings are allowed, but must meet the following criteria:    Tires that are new, unused, undamaged, and comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards  Tires must have a valid U.S. Department of Transportation Tire Identification Number (TIN) and the seller must comply with the following Tire Registration Requirements:  Provide each tire purchaser with a paper tire registration form that contains the following information:  The entire TIN of the tire(s) sold to the purchaser  The distributor’s or dealers name and street address, email address, or website Â
Provide all tire manufacturers with:   The distributor’s or dealer’s name and street address, email address, or website Â
