Products subject to our policy on Art must also adhere to other Prohibited Products Policies including our policy on Offensive Content or Walmart will automatically unpublish your item.

What is the policy?

Any artwork or home décor pieces that infringe on the intellectual property rights of another or that are viewed as offensive are prohibited from sale on Walmart Marketplace.  

Policy basics

Prohibited	Allowed
Unauthorized copies or reproductions of artwork that infringe on others intellectual property rights.   Art that displays sexual acts or nude imagery for sexualization rather than artistic expression.	Replicas of artwork that clearly state the product is a “reproduction” piece in the listing content. You also must ensure you are not violating any others copyright or trademarks prior to listing.   Historical/Ancient art, including canvases, sculptures, and paintings that feature nudity for artistic expression.
