Overview

This guide takes a closer look at the Performance metrics and functionality, which gives you a high-level view of delivery activity. To access the Shipping Performance, select Performance > Shipping Performance.

How does it work?

Use Shipping Performance to get a high-level understanding of shipping and fulfillment performance across your entire account. You can view performance for each delivery program you participate in (such as Next Day, TwoDay or Deliverr) and access up to 90 days of shipping performance data. You also have access to Fulfillment Breakdown and Late Shipping & Deliveries data. You can view daily trends and even download data for specific orders.
