You can gain high-level performance data for each U.S. state you deliver to when accessing the Performance dashboard. In this guide, you’ll learn how to view the details of your on-time delivery performance and access the Regional performance page.
Walmart-fulfilled orders are not evaluated against Seller Performance metrics.
How does it work?
Regional performance, located in the Other metrics section, displays your:
Meets Standard (>90%+ OTD): Your performance is meeting all standards.
Monitor (85–89.99%): Needs attention, take proactive steps for improvement.
Urgent (<85%): Performance is below expected standards; immediate corrective measures are necessary to avoid account-level consequences.
