Update tracking numbers in Seller Center

Overview

The Orders dashboard in Seller Center is where you’ll find customer order details and where you go to add valid tracking information once you ship an order. You can edit the tracking number up to four hours after updating the order to Shipped status. In this guide, we’ll show you how to update your tracking information if necessary. 

Update tracking numbers in Seller Center 

Step 1 — Find the order 

In Seller Center, select the Orders dashboard, then search using the Purchase order number (PO#). Select the PO# for order details. 

Step 2 — Enter new shipping details 

Select the Ellipsis on the far right of the screen and select Enter new shipping details for the order. This option will only be available up to four hours after you’ve shipped the item.

Step 3 — Update the carrier and/or tracking number 

Enter the new shipping details (Carrier and/or Tracking number), then select Update shipping to save the changes.
