Overview

Acknowledging orders is an important part of the order fulfillment process, as it confirms your ability to promptly fulfill items. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps of how to acknowledge orders within Seller Center.

Acknowledge orders

Step 1 – Get started

Log in to Seller Center and navigate to the Orders dashboard.

Step 2 – Select orders

Orders are separated into four categories in the top navigation: Unshipped, Shipped, Canceled, and All. The default view is your Unshipped orders. In this view, select the order you want to acknowledge by checking the box to the left of the order.

Step 3 – Acknowledge

After you select the box next to the order you want to acknowledge, choose Acknowledge 1 item from the top navigation. Once you’ve acknowledged the order, you must update your inventory counts to avoid overselling.
