Overview

When you become a Pro Seller, you'll receive the Pro Seller Badge next to your business name on each of your Walmart.com listings. The badge appears throughout the customer’s shopping journey, including on item pages, profile pages and in the customer’s cart.  In this article you’ll learn how to qualify for the Pro Seller Badge.

Notes

Orders fulfilled by Walmart are not included. Incentives from other Walmart programs cannot be combined with the Pro Seller Referral Fee discounts. Walmart reserves the right to adjust or end the Referral Fee discount offers at any time.

How Does it Work?

When you receive the badge, you’ll receive a 5% Referral Fee discount on seller-fulfilled orders and your offers will become eligible for Pro Listing Savings. To qualify for a Pro Seller Badge, you must meet the following standards.

Additional Guidelines

The Pro Seller status refreshes on the 5th and 20th of every month. Once you have met all eligibility criteria, you will receive the badge on the next refresh cycle. You may lose the badge if you fall below criteria for two consecutive refresh cycles.

The Pro Seller Badge section displays one of five statuses:

  • Locked: You can't access the Pro Seller Badge program at this time. This could be because your account has not been active for 90 days after completing onboarding. You’ll see your eligibility date under the Pro Seller heading.

  • Become a Pro Seller: This status shows you the criteria you have met so far and when the next refresh cycle is. If you meet all seven criteria before the next refresh cycle, you’ll be eligible to receive the Pro Seller Badge. If you don’t see the badge after the next refresh cycle despite meeting all four criteria, reach out to your account manager or create a case with Seller Support.

  • You are a Pro Seller: You meet all the criteria and are currently badged on Walmart.com and will see the date you received the badge. You'll also see the dollars saved over the last 90 days from qualified seller-fulfilled orders, if available.

  • Pro Seller Badge at Risk: You received the badge two refresh cycles ago, but you fell below our criteria and may no longer qualify for the badge after our next refresh cycle.

  • You’re ineligible: You’re not eligible to participate in the program. Select View progress to see what you need to do to qualify, where you currently stand and what actions you can take to improve.

Notes

Program requirements are subject to change without notice. You may not be eligible for a badge if you receive warnings of policy violations from Walmart. Respond to the warning and fix the issue in a timely manner. Walmart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your eligibility to earn a Pro Seller Badge for performance issues, violations of the Retailer Policies or any other reason in its sole discretion.
