Walmart-funded incentives: Manage item enrollment
Last updated on Nov 20, 2024
Reading time: 3 min
Overview

Your participation in the Walmart-funded incentives program is by default. If you want to actively participate in the program, but don’t want to include every item in your catalog, you can manage enrollment for each of your items individually. In this guide, we’ll show you how to unenroll and re-enroll your items in Seller Center.

Notes

Walmart-funded incentives are provided at Walmart’s discretion. Walmart doesn’t guarantee that you’ll receive incentives for enrolled items.

Manage item enrollment

Step 1 — Get started

Navigate to the Incentives page in Seller Center under the Pricing section.

Step 2 — Choose your items

Here are few ways you can manage your item enrollment:

  • Unenroll individual items: To choose a few items to unenroll in Seller Center, navigate to the Active tab. Select the items you want to unenroll and select the Unenroll button under the Action column. Select Unenroll.
Notes

Once unenrolled, Walmart-funded items won’t appear in the Eligible tab. Instead, to re-enroll your items, follow the steps below.

  • Unenroll or re-enroll in bulk: Choose the Manage incentives button on the top right of the page and select Manage Walmart-funded incentives from the dropdown. Select Generate file to download the most recent list of items and choose the cloud symbol to download the template. Open the template and navigate to the Walmart-funded Incentives Enrollment column. Choose Opt-in or Opt-out. Once all updates are complete, you can upload the template in bulk back in the Drag and Drop a file here section. When the file upload is complete, select Submit.
Pro tip

To identify Walmart-funded orders in the Payments Report, filter the Total Walmart Funded Savings Program column for Pricing Incentives. For incentive amounts applied to your orders, filter the Amount Type column for the Total Walmart Funded Savings Program.
