Overview

If you work with a Solution Provider to manage your Walmart Marketplace business, you can set up your Solution Provider integration through the App Store in Seller Center.  In this guide, we’ll show you how to connect a Solution Provider.

Connect a Solution Provider

Step 1 – Get started

Navigate to the Apps heading on the left-hand navigation panel in Seller Center. Select App Listings. Browse the available Solution Providers and select one or more based on your eCommerce needs. If you already work with a Solution Provider, locate them on the list.

Notes

Not all Solution Providers can be connected via the App Store at this time.

Step 2 – Connect your Solution Provider

Once you find or choose your Solution Provider, select the Connect button. This will take you to the Solution Provider’s website where you will need to create an account or log in for access.

Step 3 – Authorize the connection

After logging in, review the authorization information and select the checkbox if you agree to the Solution Provider’s privacy policy. Then choose Authorize to continue or choose Decline to stop the authorization process.

Do I need to renew authorization for my connected app?

Walmart Marketplace requires annual renewal of OAuth 2.0 authorization for connected apps. To renew authorization, navigate to your connected apps in Seller Center, find the app which needs to be renewed and select renew. The authorization for the selected app will be extended for another year from the date of your confirmation.

Pro Tip: Renewing authorization for connected apps helps you stay informed about data privacy practices and maintain control over your data access permissions.

How do I renew authorization with Solution Provider apps?

Follow these step-by-step instructions to renew your authorization with Solution Provider apps:

Visit the Connected Apps Page: Go to the Connected Apps page on the Walmart Seller Center App Store.
Locate the App: Find the app for which you want to renew authorization in the list of connected apps. Each app will display its current status and expiration date.
Select the Renew Button: Select the Renew button next to the app you wish to renew. This button is located on the right side of the screen.
Authorization Extended: The authorization for the selected app will be extended for another year from the date of your confirmation.
