Overview

The consumer insights reports in Seller Center offer access to reporting features that go into detail about customers that have purchased items within their brand catalog. In this guide, you’ll learn how to review and better understand your sales metrics via the consumer insights reports.

Generate consumer insights reports

Step 1 – Get started

Navigate to Consumer insights reports, in Seller Center under Analytics to access the Repeat purchase and Market basket Insights reports.

Notes

Toggle between the tabs to view the insights related to consumer purchase activity with your brand catalog.

Step 2 – Download report

Use any relevant filters to adjust the performance view by Departments or Brands related to your catalog. Select the box next to the item’s insights you’d like to view and choose Download to receive a CSV file of your report.
