Learning how to manage your orders quickly and efficiently is a key element to being a successful seller on Walmart Marketplace. In this video, you'll learn how to manage your orders in Seller Center. We'll show you how to acknowledge, edit and cancel orders using the Order Management dashboard.
We recommend you turn on email notifications for open orders so you can easily stay on top of your incoming orders.
Select any number of orders and use the Download function if you want to access your orders offline.
Make sure the shipping info is accurate—once you select Ship, you only have four hours to edit shipped orders.
