Managing returns might seem like a difficult task, but at Walmart Marketplace, we make it simple & efficient. In this lesson, we'll show you how to manage your returns with ease using our returns settings and rules in Seller Center.
Walmart’s Returns Shipping Service (RSS) currently supports FedEx and UPS only as returns carrier services.
Your return center address must be located in the U.S. and can’t be located in Hawaii, Alaska or U.S. territories including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
P.O. boxes are not accepted as return centers.
You must support a minimum return window of 30 days, which begins seven days after an item's ship date, except for certain electronics, major appliances and luxury items.
You can’t charge customers a return shipping fee.
If a customer returns a Walmart-fulfilled item in a Walmart store without initiating the return online first, Keep It Rules don’t apply.
