Managing your Walmart Marketplace reviews

Reviews are a huge deciding factor in a customer’s purchase journey. In this video, we’ll tell you how to increase the number of your reviews through the Walmart Marketplace Review Syndication program, how to build up your reviews by participating in Walmart’s Review Accelerator program, and how to check your seller rating and request the removal of inappropriate reviews by using the Ratings & Reviews tab in Seller Center. 

Pro tips

A $10 service fee per review is charged to the seller for a maximum of five incentivized reviews per participating item. 

Product and seller reviews can also be viewed by visiting your listings Walmart.com.  

Do not request to remove "negative" reviews unless the review meets the criteria.
