Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is a technology-driven solution offering a seamless and efficient e-commerce fulfillment experience. The fee structure is simple, without signup or monthly subscription fees.
 The charges for WFS consist of two areas:
- Storage - Fees for inbounding, storing and dispatching items in designated space within Walmart’s fulfillment center. Your inventory would be handled with the same expertise and care as our Walmart inventory.
- Fulfillment -Â Fees for shipping items from the fulfillment center to the customer, including delivery and logistics charges.

Storage Fees
The storage fee is the cost of storing your items at a Walmart fulfillment center. It is based on the volume of the stored product and the length of time. The unit cubic feet equal the unit volume in inches (length x width x height) divided by 1,728. The fees displayed below are based on a 30-day calendar month.
Items Stored for Less Than 365 Days

*Peak months are usually October to December.Â

Fulfillment Fee
Determine the shipping weight of your units, then use the table below to calculate your base fulfillment fee.
- For units that weigh less than 1 lb., use the unit weight to determine the cost.
- If your unit weight is over 1 lb., use the unit or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.
The volumetric weight equals the unit volume in inches (length x width x height) divided by 300. To calculate the final shipping weight, add 0.25 lb. for packaging materials and round up to the nearest pound.

Terms and Conditions:
Sellers eligible for multiple promotions can only participate in one promotion and will get the higher of the applicable individual discount at a given time.Â
Sellers that become eligible for the ‘Fulfillment and Storage Fee discounts’ (Construct #2) will be informed via email by the 1st of the discounted month.Â
Storage fee discounts are not applicable on the long-term storage fees.Â
Walmart reserves the right to modify, cancel, suspend or terminate these promotions, discounts or offers at any time.Â
