In this article we will review how to schedule your appointment through the platform and generate the necessary QR code for access to logistic park and for the correct reception of your inventory. Please note that, in order to proceed with this step, you must have previously created your PO(s).
1.- Schedule your Appointment
The WFS automated process also allows appointments to be created through the same platform. To do this, do the following:
1.Go to the WFS menu, in the Delivery appointments section:

2. On this new screen, [1] go to the Unscheduled tab y [2] search for the PO(s) you created or want to deliver (you can deliver more than one per appointment). [3] Click on Schedule to continue

3. Confirm that the data is correct (the selected PO(s) and the FC to which it will be delivered). Click on Next to continue

4. On the Appointment screen, [1] Select the date you plan to deliver your inventort. The system will automatically show you the available times when you can deliver your inventory. Select the one that fits best with you.[2] Click on Next

If you can't find available times on the day or time you want, it is most likely that the maximum reception capacity has already been reached, so you will have to look for times on another day.
5. Validate that the data displayed is correct. If you need to modify something, click on one of the Edit fields. If everything is right, then continue clicking on Confirm

6. You will know that the appointment is confirmed when the platform throws you a numerical code (also known as Delivery ID, Confirmation Number, Delivery, or Appointment Number) 8-digit display, such as the one below.

Save this number. It is important for generating the access QR code and for the entry of goods into the WFS Fulfillment Center. Continue reading the following steps.
2.- Request Your Access Pass
All Walmart fulfillment centers (except Monterrey) require a QR code for entry in order to deliver merchandise. Therefore, each time you deliver, you must follow this process:
Download the form according to the FC and fill in the requested information.
1. Identify the FC to which you must deliver your shipments(s)

2. Download the form according to the FC and complete the required information.

3. Send your form (with all the requested information) to the email address according to the warehouse, under the subject “Seller name – Appointment number”

4. In no more than 4 hours, you will receive an email with the access QR, which you must scan at the warehouse entrance.

Note: For Monterrey, it is essential to submit the form in advance. Entry is controlled via a security checkpoint that verifies the submitted data. Without this, access will be denied.
3.- Delivery Instructions
Megapark
1.- Enter the logistics park using the QR code at the following address:
Parque Logístico, Prol. Av. de la Industria S/N, Las Ánimas, 54616 Tepotzotlán, Méx.

2.- Once inside the logistics park, proceed to the WFS Fulfillment Center:
Calle 2 de noviembre s/n, Col. Barrio las Ánimas, C.P. 54616. (Dock 10 - Door 49)

3.- Route from logistics park entrance to WFS Dock

Guadalajara
1.- Enter the logistics park using the QR code at the following address:
Parque Logístico Advance, Carretera Guadalajara - Chapala km 18, S1 No 17997

GUADALAJARA
2.- Once inside the logistics park, proceed to the WFS Fulfillment Center:
Walmart eCommerce DC (Dock 9 – Door 1), Chapala - Guadalajara 204, 45675 Jal.

3.- Route from logistics park entrance to WFS Dock

Monterrey:
1.- Enter the logistics park at the following address:
Desarrollo Industrial GP Tecnocentro, Carretera Monterrey - Nuevo Laredo Km 12.9, 66052. Cd Gral. Escobedo

Monterrey
2.- Once inside the logistics park, proceed to the WFS Fulfillment Center:

Delivery Day Guidelines
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Maximum tolerance is 40 minutes. After this, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled.
Upon arrival at the logistics park and at the assigned dock, the driver must:
- Provide the confirmation number (delivery or appointment). Without it, a dock cannot be assigned.
- Submit the entry slip provided by security personnel.
- At the assigned dock, the driver must open the trailer doors, back into the dock, secure the vehicle, and hand over the keys at the window as part of the safety protocol.
All your personnel in the Walmart Warehouse must comply with the following guidelines:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
- Closed clothing (no sweatpants, torn clothing, shorts, etc.)
- Safety boots
- Gloves
- Back support belt
- ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 Class 2 reflective vest (fluorescent orange)
Identification:
- Official ID (INE, work badge, or digital license)
Prohibited items:
- Cell phones
- Box cutters
- Lighters
- Watches
- Jewelry
- Long nails
- Sweatpants, shorts, or torn clothing
Important: Entry will be denied if these requirements are not met.
Product Requirements
All products must be labeled with the Seller Center-generated label, which must include:
- Seller name
- UPC barcode and number
- WIN Number barcode and number
- Product description
If your label does not include both barcodes, submit a ticket via the Seller Help Center.
Packaging Requirements:
- Products must be in perfect condition and properly packaged:
- No tears, damage, punctures, bent corners, moisture, or broken seals
- High-value items (e.g., phones, consoles, computers) must have a security seal and will be scanned via X-ray. Any discrepancies will result in rejection of all affected UPCs.
- No master cartons or corrugated boxes with branding from other brands.
- If the appointment includes multiple POs, merchandise must be sorted by PO and UPC. Mixed POs/UPCs will not be accepted.
- Imported goods for human consumption must include a label in Spanish with specifications and instructions.
Remember that your products must be in excellent condition to be able to offer the best customer experience.
