Resumen

Learn to manage your orders from the moment you acknowledge them until you print label and ship the packages.

1. Manage your order  

• Log in Seller Center

- Go to https://seller.walmart.com and enter your Email (Correo electrónico) and Password (Contraseña).

- Click on Iniciar Sesión (Log in).

Click on ¿Olvidó su contraseña? (Forgot Your Password?) and follow the steps to reset your access credentials.

 Find your orders.

- In the index page, click on Orders in the left menu.        

- You will enter a new page containing order information

- Choose your search method and find your order

Search method

Suggested if

By tracker

If you know the order number, you can write it in the box next to the loupe and search for it.

By filter

If you know some details of the order, you can search for it choosing one of the filters to the right: Order date, Seller, Shipped by or Status.

By column

If you know details of the order, you can also search for it according to the columns in the table: Purchase order #, Order #, Order date, Ship by, Order Total, Customer, Fulfilled by, Ship method, Item, Quantity or Status. 

- Once you find the order, click on Purchase order #.

- The order details will be displayed:

• Choose your order status

- To change the order status, click on the three points to the right of the box and pick one of the choices: Acknowledge or Cancel.

- If you picked Acknowledge, you accept the order. From there, you can choose:

- Print packing slip. You can print the order information. Keep in mind that this is not the label for shipping.

- Download. Get the order detail in PDF.

- Print label. Print the label for shipping.

- Print order. You can print the order information. It will lead you to the same file than the Print packing slip button.

- Cancel order. This choice is available for orders previously accepted.

- In case you cancel an order that was previously accepted, you must choose the reason of the rejecting: Cancelado - Error de precio (Cancelled – Pricing error) or Cancelado – Agotado (Cancelled-  Sold out).

- If you picked Cancel when choosing your order status, you must select one of the following choices for the reason you are rejecting the order:

Cancelado - Error de precio (Cancelled – Pricing error)

Cancelado – Agotado (Cancelled-  Sold out)

- Confirm the order cancelation by clicking on the red button Yes, cancel the order.

- If you are not sure to proceed, you can pick Do not cancel order and go back to the previous step.

Select the order status on time.

The maximum deadline to deliver to courier is +2 days counting from the date announced in shipping details. You can check this information by clicking on the PO number, to the right of the screen.

If the order is not managed after this date, it will be cancelled due to non compliance with deadline.

If you send a product whose status is Cancelled for being out of the maximum delivery time to the courier, you will have to assume both the cost of the product and the logistic cost.

To avoid delay in the process, verify that the order status is correct.

You can change the orders status before delivering the product if you require it. Changes from Acknowledge to Cancel or the other way around are allowed.

Is not necessary to notify Seller Center if you reject an order because of pricing error or unavailable stock. Just remember to mark the order as Cancel, choosing pricing error or unavailable stock.   No further action is required.

• Check if the order status is correct.

Verify that the message Order Updated Successfully appears.

2. Labelling and packing  

Once you accepted the order and clicked on Acknowledge, you can print the label and start packing your order.

• Print the packing label.

Click on your order number, below the column Purchase Order#.

You’ll see a pop up that will show all the items of the order and its status.

Click on Ship items.

A new tab will open. Pick Custom package from the drop down menu under the title Package type.

Enter the package dimensions in the boxes below (Length, Width, Height , Weight choosing the unit of the measurement (cm/kg).

Once you finish, click on Buy Shipping. This will allow you to print the label for your package.

A message will confirm the process notifying “Shipping purchased successfully”.

Click on Print Label.

You will get a standardized label from Seller Center.

To finish the process, click on Marked as shipped.

Confirm the shipping by clicking on the blue button Mark as shipped.

A message will confirm that the process was finished successfully.

Notas

Remember:

Your order is ready for shipment once you print the label. We suggest to start preparing the delivery to save time.

Consejo profesional

The quality of the printed label must ensure that the information is legible, easy to read and scan.

A label in bad shape might generate delays in the service and/or require relabeling, which has additional costs.

The only courier that Walmart Marketplace Chile works with is Mail Americas.

• Paste the labels to the packages to be shipped.

Placing the labels is crucial for the right management of your shipping.

Below, we share with you some tips to place the label correctly

• Paste the label outside the package.

• Make sure that the borders are completely seeable.

Remember not to place tape over any thermal label as it will fade the text and make it unreadable.

• Ship your order.

Once your package is ready, follow the next steps to ship your order:

• Send an email to Mail Americas’ Warehouse at least 24 hours before handing over the product.

***.- If the seller ships to warehouse with a local carrier like UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. the local tracking number must be informed.

Keep in mind that if you accept the order, you have +2 days counting from the deadline announced in Shipping Details. You can check this information by clicking on the PO number, to the right of the screen.

For example, if the announced date in Shipping Date is August 25th, the deadline is August 27th

3. Verify your order status and finish.

You can check in Seller Center if the order status change was successful. 

• Check the status and details of your order.

- Go back to Seller Center.

-  Select Orders on the left menu.

- Look up the order number in the list or enter the number in the tracker to find it easily.

- Once you find it, verify that the order is marked as Shipped.

- To see details or the different items contained in the order, click on the order number in the column Purchase Order#.

- A new tab will open, containing detailed information about the order, so you can verify the status of each item within it.

Consejo profesional

If your order continues to appear in Acknowledge status despite it has been delivered to the courier, please create a Support Ticket so our experts can help you solve the problem. Remember to attach the Feed ID to make it easier.

 • Returns & Refunds

- To check the orders that have been returned and their refunds, go to Orders and click Returns&Refunds in the dropdown menu.

- You will see the number of the pending and completed processes separately.

-  You can also search for an specific order using the Filter button on the right corner.

- Choose the filter you prefer by clicking on each topic and selecting one choice from the drop down menu.

- Select Aplicar (apply).

- You can also search for the order by typing the Purchase Order number in the blank box and pressing Enter on your keyboard.

- The information of the order will be shown

- Select the arrow on the right to display more order details.

- A new view will be displayed containing the details of the order.
