What is the Policy?

Digital goods and digitally delivered products are prohibited from sale on Walmart Marketplace Canada. Digital goods are products that are readily available in digital form and are generally received through email, downloaded from the internet, or accessed by logging into an online portal.

Digital or electronic currency

eBooks

Digital or physical gift cards including, but not limited to:
o Retail
o Restaurants
o Digital/gaming gift cards
o Digital music gift cards

Prepaid credit/debit cards

Downloadable video games

Prepaid gaming cards

Digital download movies and television shows

Digital download songs

Redemption codes that are used to digitally download readily available products or access content through online portals

Prepaid phone cards

Digital or electronic event tickets such as, but not limited to, concert and sporting events

Gold fund or stock that is traded in the digital market

Any other digitally delivered products

Digital redemption codes that are included with the physical item and in its original packaging such as Blu-ray/DVDs movies where the digital download code is included

Streaming devices such as Google Home, Apple TV, and Smart TVs

Digital cameras

Laptops and tablets
