• Items containing magnets that indicate they are for "entertainment value" (e.g. toys, play, children, stimulation, amusement, adolescent development, stress relief)  

• Items containing magnets that have a 'Small Parts Warning' or 'Choking Hazard' in the listing  

• Building Blocks or Tile Sets (that cannot be swallowed) that do not have age restriction warning label (must be within description & on packaging) 

• Magnetic putty, sand or any toy that contains a small hard magnet piece 

• Magnets for office, home, scientific, or industrial use:  
  o Must not be marketed for "entertainment" purposes noted above  
  o Must not have a "Small Parts Warning" or "Choking Hazard" that would imply it's a toy for children  

• Magnet rolls  

• Lifting magnet machines  

• Magnetic tape  

• Magnetic putty, sand or any toy that do not contain a small hard magnet piece
