Before selling with Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), you must convert your existing items from Seller- fulfilled to Walmart-fulfilled. You can quickly convert a single item to WFS or multiple items by GTIN match in Seller Center.Â
Before You Start
Ensure your items are set up as seller-fulfilled first, without errors, and are not WFS prohibited products.
Convert a Single Item to WFS
- Click on the Catalog link in the left navigation pane in Seller Center.
- Search for your item by SKU, Walmart item ID, GTIN, UPC or Name.
- Scroll to the end of the row and select the three dots. Choose Fulfill with WFS from the options.

4. Fill in the Item Content and Fulfillment & Compliance tabs with new information for your Walmart-fulfilled item.

Convert Multiple Items to WFS by GTIN Match
- Click on the Catalog link in the left navigation pane in Seller Center.
- Click on Update Items and choose Update with GTINs.Â

3. Select Convert to WFS and enter the GTINs which you would like to convert in the text box below and click on download. We'll generate a template with your items.Â

By matching through GTIN, we’ll populate the spec with information that’s already in our catalog. Just enter your GTINs, separated by commas, in the text box. (If you don’t know an item’s GTIN, look it up in your Inventory page.) If there are any errors, you won’t be able to download the spec. Here are common issues:
- Submitting items that are in more than seven categories at once
- Entering invalid GTINs
- Entering more than the 5,000 GTIN limit

5. Download the file from the Action column and fill out the spec with the mandatory information.
The spec will be pre-filled with the existing information from the seller fulfilled listing, but you might have to fill-in few other required attributes along with the complete Trade item configurations sheet.

Fill out the template
