SWW Express SLAs
The typical transit times from FedEx pickup to the customer are:
- Most of Canada: 2 - 3 business days
- Rural Canada: 2 - 5 business days
SWW Ground SLAs
The typical transit times from FedEx pickup to the customer are:
- Most of Canada: 2 - 6 days
- Rural Canada: 7+ days
Reminders for both Shipping Methods:
- Add the expected fulfillment time and your pickup schedule.
- You can adjust your transit times by marketplace zone at any time based on your actual performance.
- You can drop off your package at any FedEx location for international shipping.
