Update on Canada Post Usage Restrictions
As we approach the holiday season, ensuring timely deliveries is critical for customer satisfaction. Please review latest updates to our shipping policies and make adjustments to your operations as necessary.
Canada Post (CPC) Usage Update
- Canadian sellers are now able to use Canada Post.
- International sellers remain restricted from using Canada Post until further notice. USPS, China Post and other carriers using Canada Post for last mile delivery also remain restricted.
- Any attempt to bypass these restrictions will result in seller suspension and customer refunds.
Seller Responsibility and Refund Policy
- Sellers assume all risk when using Canada Post.
- In the event of further strike action resulting in delivery delays of 5 or more days beyond the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD), customer refunds will be processed on your behalf.
