While CPC, USPS, China Post and Lettermail shipping options were already disabled for international shipments, we have now taken the additional step of disabling these options for Canadian sellers as well. Sellers who attempt to circumvent the carrier restrictions above will be suspended and customer orders will be refunded.

Action Required

• Ensure on-time holiday deliveries by using alternative carriers or join the Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) program. If you already use WFS, add more items to maximize timely delivery. Don’t miss out on our peak season promotional offers to make this your best season yet!
• Please refund any orders that are already in transit within CPC's network and will not deliver by the estimated delivery date (EDD). If you’re unable to ship open orders with an alternative carrier, please cancel them promptly. 
• Do not use CPC shipping labels for customer return requests. Refunds will be issued without receipt of the item on your behalf.
• Maintain regular communication with your carrier partners to understand potential impacts, as CPC may be their local partner for last-mile delivery.
• Adjust your shipping templates to account for any expected delays to provide customers with a realistic Expected Delivery Date (EDD).
• Remove your inventory or open a support case in Seller Center if you wish to stop selling during this period to avoid any order generation.
