Products subject to our policy on Resold products must also adhere to other Prohibited Product Policies or Walmart will automatically unpublish your item.

What is the policy?

The sale of products not in new condition is strictly prohibited. You’re only permitted to list products that are Restored, Pre-Owned, Open box or Remanufactured if you’ve been invited to participate in the Resold program. These items must meet all of the condition, category, quality and disclosure requirements.

If you haven’t been invited, you must only list products in new condition. Any misrepresentation of condition or unapproved category listing is prohibited from sale on Walmart Marketplace.
