Find out how to estimate fees, view examples of how fees are calculated and how some fees differ from WFS for Multichannel Solutions (MCS) sellers.
Fee estimatesÂ
There are several ways that you can estimate your MCS fulfillment fees. To preview fulfillment fees based on shipping speed and shipping weight, go to the  sales channel page, then select the  Estimate fulfillment fees  link. You can also follow these steps to estimate fulfillment fees for yourself:Â
Â
- Choose a shipping speed.
- Determine your item’s shipping weight. If your item weighs less than 1 lb., use the unit weight to determine the fee. If your item weighs over 1 lb., use the greater of unit weight or dimensional weight. Dimensional weight = (length x width x height in inches) / 139
- To find the final shipping weight, add 0.25 lb. for packaging materials and round up to the nearest whole ounce or pound.Â

* Shipping speeds are not guaranteed during peak (October 1–December 31), sales events and other circumstances.Â
** Items over 150 lbs in unit or dimensional weight are not eligible for multichannel at this time.Â
NOTE: Multichannel storage fees are the same as WFS’ standard storage fees. There are no referral fees for multichannel orders.Â
Oversize fee
If your item is oversize, an additional fee per unit applies. An item is considered oversize if it meets  at least one  of the following criteria. (Go to WFS fees  for more detail.)Â
- Longest side greater than 48", including packaging
- Median side greater than 30", including packaging
- Longest side + girth greater than 105", including packaging

How billing works
Your account balance is a running total of Walmart.com sales and any fees for Walmart services, including Walmart Multichannel Solutions. View a summary of fees, payments and adjustments on the  Payments  page of Seller Center. For more detail, download the  Settlement Report.Â
You must add a default billing method to use Walmart Multichannel Solutions. This covers fulfillment, storage and return fees. At the end of each settlement cycle, we’ll deduct any fees from your earnings and charge the remaining balance to your billing method. If you have any issues adding a billing method, select the Help  button in the menu bar to contact Support.Â
To add a billing method: Â
- Log into Seller Center and select the gear icon in the page heading.
- Choose  Billing Services  under Financial Settings.
- Add a bank account or credit card. Bank accounts will take 2–3 business days to verify. Walmart currently only accepts US-based ACH payments.
Eligible sellers can also switch from default, invoice-based billing to transactional billing from the Multichannel settings page at any time. With this option, you pay per order(s), giving you more flexibility and the ability to lower your overall balance. In some cases, Walmart may switch sellers to this billing type to resolve high balances.
Use our API integration tools or select a dedicated solution provider to make multichannel fulfillment even easier. Â
