Is there any way to get ahold or schedule time with an ACTUAL PERSON to get my businesses page and product updated. We had our V1 product listed but have had a few changes with a new launch and now I am having difficulty listing a new item that is in a restricted category. I have done all the steps, sent so many emails and have still not been able to come to a resolution. Why is it so hard to get ahold of an actual person! I list with Amazon and have a real team member that I can reach out to any time for support.
Thank you for contributing to the Seller Forum. Phone support is currently available within select Help categories in Seller Center. Where available, you'll see a Call Me option alongside the existing chat and email support options in Seller Center or within your support case.
If your item is in a restricted category, you'll first need to request approval from Walmart. Eligibility depends on the product category, applicable regulations, and your selling privileges.
To check whether you're eligible to apply, navigate to Seller Center > Account > Health and Compliance > Restricted Categories. If the category is available, select Request Approval to begin the application process.
The approval process typically requires you to submit compliance information, regulatory documentation, and verification that your products meet applicable federal and Walmart Marketplace requirements. Walmart will review the submitted information and may request additional documentation or clarification before notifying you of its decision.
Once approved for that category, you can then resubmit your item.
