Getting started
Official Document from the IRS for EIN verification keeps getting rejected. Created a case to ask why but there is no communication. Only me asking questions that are not being answers such as why my IRS document is being rejected.

When submitting documents for onboarding verification, here are a few things to check:
- The uploaded document must be PNG, JPG, or PDF and smaller than 5 MB.
- The document must be clear, complete, and legible.
- Your EIN must be entered as a 9-digit number without hyphens and match your IRS records and W-9.
- Your legal business name must exactly match your official registration documents and use only supported characters.
