hello, i am creating my seller account and i finished step one (1. Tell us about your business) but it keep telling me the validating information is taking longer, it took weeks and even i opened the case to the support it still not finished.
how can i pass the step 1?
my company is LTD open in United kingdom 7 years ago and i am british citizen with my etsy link store on the required link area,

Mine stayed on “verifying “ for 7 months. So it’s not fast. Hopefully, yours won’t be that long.
