 Unable to Select Correct Business Entity Type
Hello Walmart Marketplace Support,
I am registering my seller account. My business is a Single-Member LLC registered in New Jersey. During Business Verification, the Entity Type dropdown only shows:
- C-Corporation
- S-Corporation
- Partnership
- LLC – C-Corp
- LLC – S-Corp
My company is not taxed as a C-Corp or S-Corp, so none of these options accurately describe my business.
Could you please advise which option I should select or help update my account so I can complete the verification?

If you’re unsure which option applies, we recommend consulting a qualified tax advisor or legal professional before proceeding. At this time, the business entity types available in Seller Center are the only options available during onboarding.
