Hello - I am bringing this up again as I have not been able to set up my seller account because there is no option for my entity type. I believe this is an error. I am a W-9 tax payer with a Single Member LLC / Disregarded Entity.
My tax advisor emphasized that I CANNOT select an entity type that does not reflect my business structure. It's not that I don't know which to choose, it's that the option is not there.
Single Member LLC / Sole Proprietor / Disregarded Entity is a valid and commonly used business structure in the U.S. including by third-party sellers.
Please update the options or advise accordingly. Thank you.

At this time, the business entity types listed in Seller Center are the only options available during onboarding. Business types that aren't currently supported on the U.S. Marketplace include: non-profit organizations, sole proprietorships (excluding India), and Hindu Undivided Family (HUF).
