• Motorized vehicles that require registration  

• Gas powered ride-on vehicles, such as mini-bikes, ATVs, scooters, and go-karts  

• Products intended to interfere, defeat, or bypass emission control devices or override malfunction indicators  

• Oxygen sensor simulators  

• Products that remove, delete, or alter diesel particulate filter (DPF) systems, selective reduction catalyst (SRC) systems, or exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) systems such as the EGR delete kit or DPF delete kit  

• Muffler deletes pipes  

• Vehicle airbags and their component parts, including:  
  o Airbag modules  
  o Airbag inflators  
  o Airbag components  
  o Airbag covers 

• Products or kits that remove, alter, or interfere with the malfunction indicator light  

• Gas cans that do not contain flame mitigation devices or that do not comply with all laws and regulations including the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations.  

• Products intended to bypass or interfere with law enforcement or other legal requirements such as:  
  o Products designed to alter odometers o Products designed to affect or interfere with traffic signals 
  o Products intended to conceal or obscure a license plate  

• Drivers licenses and other government-issued identification documents  

• Products that do not meet Transport Canada requirements  

• Any products, aftermarket parts, or add-on parts that do not comply with federal, province, or local laws, guidelines, or restrictions  

• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) plates 

• Seat belt buckle insert alarm stopper 

•  Used tires  

• Tire puncturing devices 

• Vehicle accessories such as wiper blades, seat covers, dashboard covers, and floor mats.  

• Electric and battery powered ride-ons such as scooters and bikes. Batteries must be shipped in compliance with Canadian shipping laws and regulation and in accordance with Transport Canada regulations.  

• Automotive batteries - batteries must be shipped in accordance with the Transport Canada standards and in compliance with the Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and other shipping entity guidelines  

• Tire listings are allowed, but must meet the following criteria: 

• Tires that are new, unused, undamaged, and comply with Motor Vehicle Tire Safety Regulations  

• Tires must have a valid Transport Canada – Motor Vehicle Tire Safety Regulations Tire Identification Number (TIN) and the seller must comply with the Motor Vehicle Tire Safety Regulations requirements.
