o Any item that claims a tribe name and/or to be “Aboriginal” and is not produced by someone who is a member of a government recognized group, or someone certified as an artisan by a government recognized group

Any item that came from Indigenous Peoples’ land

Historical grave markers

Burial items

Antiques, i.e. used products

Books about artifacts

Reproduction pieces of fossils or other artifacts when clearly indicated as such.
