What is the Policy?

Any artwork or home décor pieces that infringe on the intellectual property rights of another or that are viewed as offensive are prohibited from sale on Walmart Marketplace Canada.

Policy Basics

Prohibited	Allowed
Unauthorized copies or reproductions of artwork that infringe on others’ intellectual property rights.	Replicas of artwork that clearly state the product is a “reproduction” piece in the listing content. You also must ensure you are not violating any others’ copyright or trademarks prior to listing.
Art that displays sexual acts or nude imagery for sexualization rather than artistic expression.	Historical/Ancient art includes canvas, sculptures, and paintings that feature nudity for artistic expression.
