How does it work?
When you meet all the criteria on a refresh cycle, you’ll earn the Pro Seller status. Pro Seller metrics and downloadable reports data shown in the dashboard are calculated daily. To qualify, you must meet the following standards:
Metric | Pro Seller | Definition |
On- time delivery rate | Greater than or equal to 90% | The rate that orders were delivered by the Expected delivery date in the last 90 days. |
Actual vs. Promised Delivery | Less than or equal to 3 days | The Average difference between the actual delivery days and promised days for shipments in the last 90 days |
Cancellation Rate | Less than or equal to 2.5% | The rate that orders were cancelled by the seller after receiving the order from Walmart in the last 90 days. |
Seller response rate | Greater than or equal to 80% | The rate of customer inquiries responded to within 48 hours of receipt in the last 30 days. |
Content Score | Greater than or equal to 70% | The average Content and Discoverability score of your published catalog. |
Price Competitiveness | Greater than or equal to 90% | The measure of your catalog's price parity against external competition in the last 30 days. Items that receive higher page views will have a larger impact to the score compared to items with lower page views. Items receiving no page views in the last 30 days will not have any impact on this score. |
Orders Received | 25 | The number of completed orders in a rolling 90-day timeframe. |
Active Days | At least 90 days active | The number of days you have been active after completing onboarding or having your account reinstated. |
Marketplace Policies | In compliance with all Marketplace policies | Visit Walmart Marketplace Seller Code of Conduct for details |

Additional Guidelines
Walmart reserves the right to assess Pro Seller eligibility by reviewing the aforementioned metrics, as well as other performance metrics. There may also be other criteria not specified in this document, but which Walmart may use to determine if a seller is ineligible for the program. Walmart reserves the right to modify or alter a seller's Pro Seller status based on their performance, product or seller ratings. This includes the potential exclusion from reaching Pro Seller status.
Pro Seller Status
When you become a Pro Seller, you'll receive the Pro Seller Badge next to your business name on each of your Walmart.ca listings.
The Pro Seller status refreshes on 5th and 20th of every month. Once you’ve met all eligibility criteria, you’ll receive the Pro Seller status on the next refresh cycle. You may lose your status and the associated benefits if you fall below criteria for two consecutive refresh cycles. When you become a Pro Seller, you'll unlock the Pro Seller Badge next to your business name on each of your Walmart.ca listings.

How to view your Pro Seller Status
On the Pro Seller page, you’ll find an overview of the criteria required to achieve Pro Seller status. The page will show which criteria you’ve already met and which are still in progress.
To become eligible for the Pro Seller program, a seller must first meet two minimum criteria:
- Order volume
- Active selling days
Once these are met, the seller must also qualify against six performance criteria. Only after meeting both the minimum and performance criteria does a seller attain Pro Seller status.
To check your Pro Seller status, follow the steps below:
- Log into Seller Center and navigate to Pro Seller page under Growth tab.
- On the Pro Seller page, you'll see an overview of the criteria required to achieve Pro Seller status. It will indicate which criteria you've met, and which are still in progress.
Below is an example of a seller who has completed 5/6 criteria to be eligible for Pro Seller Badge. This seller needs to have more competitive prices to meet this metric. Tools such as the Repricer can help with this metric.
