What to do if the customer claims they have not received their refund

If you have NOT processed the refund yet:

Process the refund (verifying first that the amounts for the item, tax, and shipping are correct and do not exceed the order total). 

If you HAVE processed the refund:

  • If you are integrated through a Channel Aggregator, contact them and ask them to help you process the refund.
  • If you are NOT integrated through a Channel Aggregator:
