Terms and Conditions: New Seller Savings + WFS Offers
- *Referral Fee Discount: Eligible businesses (sellers) must be first-time domestic or international Walmart Marketplace Canada sellers who are onboarded to the Walmart Marketplace Canada platform and go live before December 31, 2025 (“Eligible Sellers”).
- Eligible Sellers who fulfill their own items will get 25% off MP referral fees until January 31, 2026, for those seller-fulfilled items.
- Eligible sellers who fulfill using the Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) program will get 50% off their Marketplace referral fees until January 31, 2026, on WFS fulfilled items . The deadline to go live with WFS is December 31, 2025.
- The Referral Fee Discount will be calculated quarterly in arrears (based on Walmart Canada’s fiscal quarters) and eligible rebates for non-returned items from the preceding quarter will be provided back to the seller as part of the standard payout in the following quarter.
- Sellers who go live on WFS before January 31, 2026, whether new or existing on Marketplace, will get 100% off WFS Storage Fee and 20% off the WFS Fulfillment Fee. **The Walmart Fulfillment Fee Discount does not include the referral fee: WFS Fees and Promotions
