In Seller Center, you can set up your account on other markets after your business has been verified. In this guide, you’ll learn how to add more markets with the same account.
Add an Additional Market
Step 1 – Get Started
In Seller Center, select the Canadian flag on the top right of the homepage, then select the country for the market you wish to set up.
Step 2 – Set Up Your Additional Market
Select Set up on the pop-up screen. Next, proceed to fill out the Add Details, Manage Fulfillment and Set Up Payment Methods fields on the Get Set Up for Success in Any Market page. Once you’ve completed each page and accepted the Terms and Conditions, select Submit.
Step 3 – Get Verified
Finally, complete the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) questionnaire if applicable. Once you’ve filled out all fields, select Submit. A window will appear to confirm that your information is in review, and you'll be contacted when the process is completed. Once verified, you can begin to set up your Catalog for your new market.
**NOTE: If you’re still running into issues during the onboarding process or if you receive an EIN validation error, check to make sure you’re entering the correct information first. If all else fails, we recommend creating a case and contacting seller support.
